Over a glass of whiskey, shared curiosity became something more. Time slowed. The world outside softened. That night, something clicked — whiskey has a way of bringing people closer.

TALU was born from those moments — and created to bring more of them to life.

Every detail is deliberate. From all-English grain aged in level-four charred American white oak, to hand-selected finishing casks of exceptional provenance. From hand-applied labels on our Italian-blown glass, to innovations like smoking the spring water in our Mezcal expression.
We tasted season by season. We watched it evolve. We waited until it was ready.
